As a new not for profit organisation we were very lucky to have been given some donated laptops which Lee did a full diagnostic check on straight away. He very quickly got back in touch to let us know what needed to be done to get them fit
for purpose. He then sorted all the issues out for us and even donated one of his own laptops to our organisation for free. Great service, no confusing technical speak and all done for a very competitive price. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my laptop not charging and running slow so, when I called Steph answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and said I could just drop it off anytime. Steph then informed me that she would call me that evening with an update which she did and it appeared the mother board was fried. I asked if they done refurbished laptops and she said they do and would speak to Lee. Anyway to cut a long story short they had me a Laptop within 24hrs full loaded any recovered the data from the old laptop and put it on the new one.
I can't recommend these guys enough from me dropping the old one off to picking the new one up took less than 36hrs. NOW THATS SERVICE for you.
